llcoolg, Mesh only start acting when the poo is about to hit the fan. On another forum someone download the mesh info from companies house, got the name of one of the directors and rang him at home! The guy's wife answered and an hour later Mesh had everything in place to give the person a full refund!!!

Davey as said before is just a puppet of the muppets, enough said really! The fight for justice continues and the muppets will only have theirselves to blame when that day comes.

lmao excellent! Glad to hear someone at mesh gettin their bum felt!!

mesh opt out of any support when u buy from them

Oh this is were the fun really starts! Mesh might say you will get a refund, but actually getting it is another matter, the wait could be anything from days, but more likely weeks. Sorry to be so negative but this is Mesh's usual ploy just to pee you off before they part with the money!!

What made "Davey" the Muppets Chief Puppet offer you this? Do you think he googled your name like i did and found out that he could be on to a looser, the fact that you know more about the law than he does:eek:

Keep us posted with the outcome or should this be saga.
And don't forget to carry on using the forum!!

Disney buy Mesh

So with BT buying DABS.com, wonder if Disney will buy Mesh.
After all they already own the real Muppets, so why not own the Mesh muppets as well.

I had a mesh engineer phone me back the other day.....no honest to god he did, and he asked me if everything was ok... so I told him i wasnt happy with the downgrade i recieved. He told me that it was in fact an upgrade, he insisted on this, i told him that i had emailed nVidia and they seemed to disagree. There was silence on the other end of the fone, so i offered to forward him the email....... and this was his reply:
"emmmmmm, haha, you know its all these numbers are reeeeaally confusing arent they?"" I mean u would think that if is says 7600 then it would be better than a 6800 wouldnt you haha?" "I will get someone to call u back, becoz we have to get authorization and things"

Now this was apparently the guy who fixed my computer..........

Oh and Davy Whyte reckoned a "quick comparison of the specs would confirm it was an upgrade" wot a bunch of muppets.

muppet pc's work for months not for life

Remember the muppets slogan: A muppet PC works for a few months, not for life

I have had a minor software issue with a mesh desktop which I was in e-mail correspondance with mesh support over. This was approx 2-3 weeks ago and haven't heard alot since....no surprise I hear you all cry. But over the past 2 weeks I have been unable to contact them by any form, web/e-mail/phone(even the sales line!!). Have they sunk, emigrated, stopped paying their phone bill? Can anyone confirm they still exist or has trading standards and microsoft left them bleeding up a west London alleyway?

mesh mess

Well the tale goes on... Had my system collected and returned to mesh last thursday ( for refund according to Davey) Not heard anything back yet,, no acknowledgment of them receiving it. Given them notice now though so they had better get their finger out.. Notts Trading Standards are also looking into their advertising, so I am still making waves, and my credit card company are still investigating. E mailed Davey again today so we shall see,, funny though I cant seem to get mesh web site up today (have they got a problem) or are they just altering all their adverts before they get taken down for wrongful advertising... Watch this space I will let you know if i hear anything. Meanwhile my computer from DELL Dimension 5150 ordered to the same specification as the mesh is bloody brilliant. and was in fact cheaper, and their customer services team have contacted me 3 times already on customer satisfaction.. (Thats how to do business eh)

mmmmm interesting... swines

mmmm sounds like the bloody company has gone into liquidation... I cant get hold of them on any line either... Looks like Mesh have finally gone under.

Only problem is they have now got my computer and my money !!!!

Looks like the recievers then now..

Trading Standards Notts have been notified and are going to see if they can find out and let me know

well thats that then Mesh Gone !!!

MESH have now gone Mesh no longer figure anywhere on the internet. They have obviously gone belly up at last.. Lets see if they start trading under a different name in the near future.....

Hate to see you go but ..........

This is a real pain in the ...! I bought my machine having "researched" a few pc mags and was happy to buy on that basis. Reading this thread is a complete eye opener. PCADVISOR in Feb 2006 rated a mesh system as : "If you really want the latest and the greatest then this is the system to go for; you'll have to have deep pockets, though. As they say, you get what you pay for, and the Mesh is worth every penny of the £2,199 price tag. It isn't going to suit everyone's budget, mind." This was for the Mesh extreme FX-60. So as has been said b4 : where do the pc mags get the right to right up what may well be great systems without a hint of a warning re the company whenthere must have been more than rumblings inthe industry re after sale support etc etc!!

Don't be to concerned about the muppets, their website is up and running today as i have just logged on to it:eek: May just be a problem with the website, will investagate a bit more and will post back here at 2pm

bugger ggrrrr

Oh well one day eh !!

Yes you are right I have just checked and lo and behold their site has re appeared.... So I will keep on to friend Davey then and see what happens although he hasnt replied to my last e mails so Im begining to wonder.

In the meantime my local Trading Standards officer is very interested in their adverts and website and is now working with Brent office so ....

I will keep on to them even if all it does is clog up their e mail system.. but Im now looking to spread the word further afield and have found a few more forums where there are disgruntled mesh customers so .... watch this space

mesh still doing business

Had a dig around and nothing on the wires in the City about Mesh. I know they are a private limited company, but big enough if something was up for people to take notice of. May have been a phone problem, but strange no comments of this in any forums, i would have expected some sort of comment by know, may be no news is bad news, well we all can hope that one day this will be the case:D

Keep onto the magical "Davey" about getting things sorted and yes Trading Standards are very useful. If you get an reply from Davey or Mesh post it so we all get to hear. If anymore info on yesterday will let everyone know.

Have a good

Mesh do seem to be back online, I tried to reply via their website to a previous tech querie and the message timed out it took so long to send through, sent e-mail to cust support and received firstly an "out of office autoresponse" followed quickly by an apology and a request to call them again stating their lines were off the air this morning. My call to tech support was answered within 5-7 mins and my problem hopefully resolved. Credit where credits due? Wait and see.

mmmm mesh

Just had an e mail for Davey... tells me a substation was down in Hendon and that was the reason their server was down... they are on line and in business.

He informs me that as far as he is aware my refund is going ahead at the moment with no foreseen problems

mmmmm we shall see
