What is the solution . I can't find it anywhere?

Wait for the experts to reach your message. They tell about a dozen people
a day where to find the Microsoft download that usually fixes the problem.

In the meantime, you might tell them which if any antivirus programs you
have, since some of the common antivirus programs don't work interfere
with Windows Mail if you keep them installed long enough.

This Microsoft fix will do the trick:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090
"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

Although only 'Outbox' is mentioned, it will enable removal of stuck
emails from any folder.

Download and install this fix, with Windows Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also
works in other folders. If you don't lmow whether to use
the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit
version first. Certain common antivirus programs, such
as most of those from Norton or McAfee, or a recent
one fron Trend, can cause this problem again, although
seldom immediately, so if you have such a program,
remember where to find the fix.

Often due to interference from an antivirus program. Which such
programs do you have?
