The Internet police
Perhaps a committe of 100 people from all walks of life, all political affiliations and the majority of nations and cultures could view, vote, and if neccessary - block.
But who would fund such a group of people? Who would vet them? Who would stop corruption?
Just opens up another can of questions.
We need a few vigilantes to round up the spammers and force them to watch neighbours 24/7 until they swear never ever ever to send another unsolicited
e-mail.
I don't have a solution but I know what I want. But isn't that what we pay politicians for? Ha!
