Please note the following hints, that have to be fullfilled to
use the AntiVir Personal Edition for free:
1. Official brand name of the software: AntiVir® Personal Edition
2. The AntiVir Personal Edition is free of charge for private
(individual, non-commercial) use. Any business use is not
allowed..
3. Spreading our software together with viruses, trojanes or
other harmful software (maleware) is prohibited. In this case we
reserve claim action for damages.
4. The current version is available under:

5. This agreement is valid for the version 6.22.09.09 only. For
further versions please contact us for a new agreement.
6. For our documentation and media releases archive please send
a sample after publication.
Free Agent
We are happy to have you distribute our software provided that
you:
1. Include the appropriate copyright notices - "Agent c. Forte
1995-2003"
2. Include information that the Agent Trialware, the Registered
version, and the Free Agent program are all available from the
same EXE.
Please send us a copy of the CD when it becomes available.

Pegasus Mail
We are happy for you to do this provided that the following
reasonable
conditions are met:
1: You distribute the version that is current at the time your
master CD is burned. Current version information and downloads
can always be found at our web site,

2: You distribute it complete and unmodified in its original
installer package, using the original filename.
3: You don't charge explicitly for the software itself (it is
fine for you tocharge for the CD, or for installing, training or
supporting the software, provided you don't lead your clients to
believe that you have sold them the software or any rights
associated with it).
4: You do not supply it for the purpose of sending spam (bulk
unsolicited e-mail) or in support of or association with any
product intended for this purpose.
5: You take care to use the program's proper name, "Pegasus
Mail" in any references you make to it (the abbreviation
"Pegasus" is not acceptable for trademark reasons).
