To disagree is fine, attacking the other poster is not.

Then why do you do it each and every time?
You're psychotic behavior is noted mr gotemeyer.

Every time you
do it or another fool does it, I do it to them.

Sorry sicko, you do it first to every op you answer. Have bubba re-read
your every first post out loud to you. Maybe take some notes.

Damn Frank, that's the
game I've played with you and other idiots for over a year and you
still don't get it.

You are sick and are simple deceiving only yourself. Get some help,
cause you are really nuts!

Damn are you ever dumb.

Sorry pal, if I had only 1 brain cell, I'd still be smarter than you.

Now go crawl back in your

Hole? Is yours being used by bubba? Is he 'driving' tonight?

It's past your bedtime old man.

Oh right, I now remember, you're the idiot who swore I was up until
1:30AM posting to this ng! Hahahha...and that I was a student at SDSU!
Hahahah...yeah...you're brilliant...a real genius...in your own mind!
Hell, you can't even read a header!
Take my advice mr gotemeyer...get some serious help for that mental
psychosis you obviously are suffering from.
Or else have the nurse adjust your medication!...LOL!

I have used MS and Apple OS since 1984.

I just bought a new laptop with Vista installed.

What's the beef? It multitasks with greater fluidity, the fancy stuff
does not slow it down compared to a comparable machine (I have four) with
XP.

Sure, you have to fool with software upgrades (multimedia in particular).

I really think it is a modest step forward. The tablet and touch screen
capabilities are first rate (esp. in One Note).

That, with some interesting comparative analyses (the Mojave project) lead
me to conclude that fully 75% of the negatives come from hype...not from
fact.

Fully agree. I have not received a PC with Vista preinstalled... all my
Vista installs have been clean installs, not upgrades. On eight different
computers. All Dell, all without issue. Nary a BSOD on any of them. Ever.

A visit to any XP, Ubuntu, or OS X NG will disclose users experiencing
problems with the OS. No OS is problem free.

Based on what, you simply saying so?

ROTFLMAO!

Typical idiot comment.

You running for nerd of the month ?

Ok...you win.

You are a nerd, I am not.

Of course, to make 96,000 post on Usenet makes you an invalid and a
nerd.

Do you ever go "outside" ?

Guess not...any muscle you ever had has degenerated into fat.

Yuck.

If Vista is taking 10 minutes to load you have either:

Wrong drivers (network card a problem here)
Not enough memory
A corrupt user profile

Vista Premium at home takes 1 minute until I am clicking
on the Internet

Vista Business at office 2 minutes exactly = to XP Pro

It wasn't my post, I was replying....and the OP said it was *XP* that was
taking 10 minutes to load.

Vista or XP.......it absolutely was not just because of the OS,
therefore, not a valid comparison.

Like.....I just put a 4-inch lift kit in my AstroVan and installed 30"
tires. One of the others in this building asked me how it drove like
that. My response was 'it drives great!!!!'.

A short while later, I once again spoke to him to and told him it really
wasn't a fair comparison as to before the lift. I replaced *all* the
front-end parts, had it aligned, and the new tires. Prior, 3 of 4 tires
had belts coming thru, the alignment was way off, which was caused by
worn front-end parts, of which all were replaced.

So, not a fair comparison. But it still drives great.

Uh, no, the wife doesn't even see the point. She drives my Sebring. And
my sons now 19 and I don't cart his ass around. It only has the two front
seats. It was MY choice you putz. Of course, for a conformist like you, I
can see why you would think that.

Here...here's a link to an entire gallery of 4 x 4 vans:

This stuff's way to cool for you anyway.

Oh yea, put big tires and throw all that money into a gas guzzling van.
Whatever floats your boat. You probably have fuzzy dice on the mirror!
Usually guys don't get Vans unless their wives force them into it. Of
course there are exceptions.

Mostly kids with lots of money and nothing else to spend it on usually throw
it to their cars. I have better things to do than to sink money into a
vehicle.

20 MPG on a V6, and no fuzzy dice. What have you got against fuzzy dice
anyway ?

That would be me.

That is far from true.

A souped up rice-burner with a giant aluminum rear wing and $4000 in
tires and rims doesn't even count as a cool car in my book anyway.

Besides, were not talking $1000's of dollars here, I'm talking $600 in
parts including (used but still decent) tires and chrome rims.
I have better things to do than to sink money
into a vehicle.

I know a lot of people that wouldn't spend $600 for a computer
either...including me, so what's you point ?

You probably ARE dumping a lot of money into a vehicle. A big fat monthly
payment.
