Please do us all the favor of filtering my email address so you don't
receive my postings, so none of us will have to continue to deal with
your insipid, foolish, and particularly humorless attempts at being witty.

You are beyond "plonkless".

I wish your only "problem" was being a "top poster", but obviously, it
goes much deeper, due to some type of untreated illness.

Run, don't walk, to your doctor, there may still be time before the
damage is permanent.

You are truly a sad sack.

But thanks for the clarification regarding which printers have programmed
expiry dates for the printer cartridges. Does this mean only the printers
with separate ink cartridges and heads have "install by" dates?

No, all the HP cartridges have a suggested "install by" date. The reality is
that all ink supplies will have a shelf life and it is best to use relatively
fresh cartridges. For HP's integrated cartridges the "install by" date is
typically eighteen months from the manufacture date and the end of warranty
date is typically two years from the manufacture date. You can use an older
cartridge, but is not guaranteed. Depending on storage conditions and other
factors a cartridge may work fine for years beyond expiration or not....
Personally if I were buying cartridges I would look for an "install by" date at
least six months in the future.
