Just trying to get the alt.comp.freeware (acf) group to agree on a
freeware symbol or logo. My intention was that it could be used on
freeware sites and in freeware programs. A "universally" recognizable
logo or symbol for freeware.
I think an ACF logo is a great idea.

I don't like "absolute free software". No spyware, no adware, no
shareware does NOT imply *FREEWARE* as ACF defines it. I think it would
be better to have a logo showing "Freeware" and "alt.comp.freeware"
ONLY. If the logo is used by other sites it should be linked to the ACF
Ware Glossary.

headed for a landslide victory (but people can vote for two more weeks).
I have been in contact with Ronald earlier and I'm sure we can work out
something all can agree upon (*if* he wins!).
