Perhaps that's true in the States but not in Europe. Here we can buy
computers with Linux already installed. In the USA, you can't unless you
build it yourself or get a white box store with no contract with the
Monopoly to do it for you.

That said, once the horny Americans find out that visiting porn web
sites with Linux is safe, perhaps more Americans will be interested in
Linux.

Actually, there are a few (but not many) places you can buy a machine
with linux preinstalled. You can get them online and at most walmart
stores. I would think that there will be more machines being sold with
Suse linux on them too soon with the pact that Novell and MS made.

Yeah, it's only my opinion that several Bush Republicans are CONVICTED
criminals. and only my theory that any Bush Republican had to leave
Congress because of his lewd advances toward an underage Congressional
Page.

One more interesting FACT: The defeated (thank God) Bush Republican
Senator from Pennsylvania, Rick Santorum (moralizing, homophobic
rat that he is), took his stillborn dead infant home for his other children to

But wouldn't it be great had the Democrats filibustered the spending
authorization? In California, they have what is called the "last-chance
law" related to automobile accidents. Regardless of whether the person who
hit you ran a stop sign, if you saw that he was going to and chose to assert
your right-of-way anyway, then you're at fault. Same thing applies to the
Democrats screaming now about the mess the Republicans have put the world
in. They're just as much at fault as the Republicans are because they
followed like lambs.

Unfortunately, I didn't catch it in time. It was in the list bolded (as are
all unread messages) but by the time I got to it, when I clicked on it the
font was "strike through" indicating a deleted message. I wish I'd opened
it before it was deleted.

Check your sent items if you have it in your software. It would have been
at the same level in the thread as my post about it being deleted - I made
sure I responded at the same level. And it would have been, I am pretty
sure, the message just above my message at that level.

I'm curious what you said that was so offensive. If you figure it out and
can rewrite it where it won't be deleted, let me know. I always want to
hear every bit of censored speech I can get!

Many just voted for it.

John Edwards, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and
29 Democrats in the Senate and 81 in the House voted for
the original Iraq war resolution.

The Democrats can filibuster a federal judgeship nomination
but can't muster the fortitude to do the same in regards to
war and funding the war.

Now, we will really see what kind of integrity and fortitude the
Democrats have. The US House of Representatives, when they
want to be, is the most powerful governing body we have. They
are the ones who actually control the purse strings of this country.
