you, but it doesn't mean its the lay of the land.
What voided your warranty was you used very poor inks and they clogged
the heads, however, Epson actually has to prove that it was the ink
that did it.
I deal with hundreds of people every month that have assorted clogging
issues with Epson (and other) inkjet printers. Many of them use OEM
inks.

see that the initial is indeed the extended warranty, that was never
hidden, however both warranties are identical but for time and $.
The latter warranties are NOT extended warranties but the warranty for
the regions (same thing anyway) and are as copied and pasted exactly
as given by Epson, sorry sunshine.
I did phone Epson and spoke to the boffin in the lab, finding out what
ink has been used is pretty easy, again if anyone bothered to phone
them you would be told the same thing.
This is a total waste of time, goodbye.

Class action ? not as far as I know, but not being involved with Epson
anymore I have no idea.
I hope you others get the idea of the warranty now ? it's the same
thing in the US warranty as well and also worldwide, the only thing
you can hope for if in the same boat I was is a kind hearted repairer
perpared to look the other way, or get your woman to take it back
wearing a low cut dress.
