It's one thing if the things aren't core to the functionality - like the
context menus and such that many apps ask if you want installed (or the
google toolbar many apps want to install - which people miss when they
hurriedly click through). The problem is that if users uncheck the wrong
items they risk losing functionality and won't have a clue as to why.
