That sounds like typical exchange congestion/high contention.Service used to dip from 6pm every day, we had more filters etc and the line checked twice.
When we switched to Sky the service improved to 4MB and it's fine 24/7.
Seems sometimes the BT exchange just cant cope with the heavy switch on from 6pm.
Something was switching every 8mins, and I was not on the right line?....and the fault was?
