Worm Blaster in windows\system32\tftp1600

I had the worm blaster virus a while back and ran
Symantec's fixblaster.exe program, which was supposed to
remove it. Recently I ran Symantec's virus check. It
found the virus--w32.blaster.worm--at the following
location: c:\windows\system32\tftp1600. I ran fixblaster
again, and it did not detect the virus. But, when I ran
the virus check again, it found it in the same location.
How do I get rid of it?
