1. SOT Office (a bit like OpenOffice, hasn't tried the last edition)
2. Easy Office (hasn't tried it, but good reviews).

For just a stand-alone WP, 3 stand out in my mind:

ABI Word
Atlantis Nova
QJot

I need something that oo hasn't got -- at least I haven't found it. I need
the old WordStar key sequences. These include two-key sequences and that is
what I haven't found oo to be able to do. Like Ctrl+Q-Ctrl+D for move cursor
to end of line. I have used these for 15 years and don't want to change now.
But oo can't seem to do two-key sequences. I would love it if you can tell
me how to do it.

Sounds like someone else who misses WordStar ! There was a time when it was
WordStar - or you tried writing your own WP. Probably the oldest and still
the best for some purposes ....
There is a Word emulator for WordStar keys, but it's not free. You can
find this by searching "WordStar" on Google, Metacrawler etc. Also
there have been several attempts to produce a W32 WordStar clone, none very
successful imho.
We gave up on WordStar after the last Epson SQ (squirtjet) packed up. There
are no drivers for more recent inkjet printers ...
