Won't update definitions!

This worked for me: Go to control panel. Chose add/ remove programs and look
for WD. You should find to buttons to the left. (Change and remove) Chose
change and follow the on- screen commands. chose update WD and continue. WD
then downloaded the latest definitions and went through a quick- scan and it
was OK.
 
Guys,
I have this same problem with Windows 2000. I got a manual command string
to get the update from MS but now i'm 15 days behind again.

I have tried Reinstalling, The MS article on clearing the version numbers,
updating from the Control panel. It always says there are no updates.
