Wireless keyboard with built in mouse???

You'll need to find out what you like to use. The most likely candidates
are the touchpad or the track stick; if you're lucky, you might find a
keyboard with both. My laptop has both, and I can't stand either one. If I
can't set up my mouse, I use the trackpad, but I'm not happy about it. I've
found my wireless optical mouse works fine on most surfaces, including my
couch and easy-chair arms.

Of course, none of that helps you. :) Good luck in your search, though.

I saw a mouse in a store once that you wave in the air and doesn't need a
surface to work on. Didn't try it myself though so don't know how well it
works. Might be an option though.

My intended use will be inside of an RV or van

So don't want the clutter of cables and such that
separates require

I have one of these, it s a mini keyboard and the pointing device is a
joystick, so you can't do a speedy 'flick' like you can with a mouse,
instead you have to wait for the cursor to move across the screen. I
was limited to getting an RF model as opposed to IR, because the
receiver is not line of sight from the sofa!
It is, however cheap and cheerful and does me for watching pc media on
the tv.

Sounds like a good application if it works.

This is just a guess, but if I were you I would wonder about
radio interference with your cordless devices in a motor vehicle.
Your experience would be useful to hear about later IMO.

If you find one let me know, I've been looking for the same thing. And I
can't use those touchpad thangies.

I use the 9019 in the link below and bought it from Fry's
(http://www.outpost.com). It has a joystick in the upper right hand
corner as well as the left and right mouse buttons in the upper left
corner.

Small pic, I know. It is pretty good though and I didn't even install
the SW that came w/it. I use it when I'm watching movies on my TV piped
out my video card.
