The way I understand it, the problem is that Spamhaus is located within
the jurisdiction of this particular court, or that at least their
domain name is.

As is every .org
Which, as the holder of a .org myself (not
SpamHausLuvsIndiana.org, that's still available), I'm not too happy
about.
