Windows XP WINXP - enabling SNMP unattended

Hello all,
I am trying to install/enable the SNMP service on a bunch of WINXP systems. I have not found a native/MS method to be able to script this and run it (I have seen sysocmgr that would work on WIN2K).
What's the best way to accomplish this?
