I have never gotten malware on any machine. I'm an experienced
professional and I don't do anything "wrong".
That is not a credible claim, I'm afraid.
Vista still screws up
regularly in daily use.
No, it doesn't. Not on dozens (hundreds by the end of the year) of
machines I manage on a domain. Not on machines belonging to other
people I know. If you're having problems, they are *not* caused by Vista.
The fact that a few of you fan boys don't have any issues doesn't
change the fact that Vista sucks. Take a look around the Internet once
in a while: tens of thousands of users have issues with Vista.
Calling experienced and knowledgeable computer users and, in many
cases, IT professionals, names doesn't change anything (other than our
estimation of your self-proclaimed professionalism, that is. And a few
thousand (mostly self-inflected, upon examination, by the way) problems
is statistically insignificant when compared to the millions of Vista
installation extant.
