WINDOWS EASY TRANSFER does not allow for BCM

I bought a new laptop with WINDOWS 7 - 64 bit and used WINDOWS EASY TRANSFER
to move everything across to my new computer. I assumed it would transfer
over the BCM data but it did not. Is there something I did wrong or is this
an oversight in the WINDOWS EASY TRANSFER WIZARD?
 
Easy transfer causes all sorts of problems if used for Office components,
and should not really be used for office files & settings etc
