win2000 server logon history

is it possible to view the logon history of users- local
and remote-on win2000 server? Thanks!

Yes - use Group Policy/auditing - See:

Note, if users are logging onto the Local Machine instead of the domain, you
would have to enable local auditing and view the security log on the
workstation.
