Hmm... re-deposit the bills through the bank's own ATM and hope they don't
notice? If they reject the bills just keep trying again? :-)

LOOK IN THE MIRROR. LOOK WHAT YOU CHURCHIES DO. YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO
BE CRITICAL.

JUST BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE IT THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT A VIOLATION OF
ANYTHING.

OTOH, I'll bet that if you went to the manager and said that you were
calling a TV new station to tell them that your bank was passing
counterfeit bills, the manager might decide to replace the counterfeit
bills. If not, you could certainly get on TV.

I would think they would notice. They are a bank after all and they
would take the time to count your bills. Unless your ATM has currency
recognition... but even then I would think each transation would be
reorded and seperated according to who deposited it. Not to speak of
the fact that counterfeiting is a hard core crime and not something one
should joke about esp in a public newsgroup. This is some seriously
bad mojo... the moment you try passing something you printed as legal
tender with the hope no one will notice is well... let's just say we
won't see you for a while.

If you do a joke bill, make sure to not print it legal size, and make
it clear it's not legal tender.

Francis spent many years in the Federal pen making OEM ink and looking in
the mirror while stuck in solitary confinement. She's fixated on mirrors.

It's not a violation of anything that we like aftermarket ink.

I posted a simple question, which has been completely overrun with
people making claims & counter claims on the Law and what they've been
able to copy.

People wiser than I, must know if its possible to adapt the printer
installation software - responsible for the hijacking - with a patch or
different driver to get it working for me.

I neither have the inclination, ability, nor the understanding of what
'Shooter' is talking about, if its directed this way. ):-I

They knew, they did and look what happened:

Uhh, not really, if they (the bank) reject the
bills as counterfeit, you don't get them back. Or
do you mean if the ATM machine rejects the bills?
But if they are that bad, you might have real
difficulty in passing them, and then knowingly
passing counterfeit might result in something not
too nice.

In these situations we're talking about well funded gangs employing
experienced Printers
who know what they're doing, on print machines costing 10's of thousand
£'s, guillotines
and devices for inserting the foil strips .... ho, and able to get equal
quality paper.

I'm referring to a simple £30 printer, unable to come near matching the
colour quality
of banknotes and wouldn't make a profit if I could keep it printing day
and night, non stop.

The printer manufacturers and authorities know there's no threat from
the lone PC
owner, they're just using it as cover to bring in software to control
our PC's and
ultimately our freedom of expression.
