My spouse has been considering an Apple Computer when the other old XP
machine bites the dust. I miss the floppy drive a lot on this PC. It was
something we all used here to move small files from on PC to another or send
small exe's to each other by snail mail that ISP anti-virus programs
snagged. Also, some of my software wont work on these Vista machines. We
have to keep the other old XP machine just to use the Epson scanner. It
works perfectly but there are no patches for this one made by Epson. It's
the 1200u scanner. The old printer will work but not the picture printing
feature. This really pisses us off. It's either keep the old XP to use the
scanner and picture printing software, or spend another few hundred bucks
for a new printer and scanner.
