I almost forgot to mention....
I almost forgot to mention my other PCs that I had before the IBM XT. I had an old Texas Instruments TI-88 that used BASIC. To load a game or other program I had to use a tape player/recorder and it took 10 minutes to load a program or to same the program back to a tape. It also had the ultimate upgrade with it...the speech module that was like an old archaic sound card. Anyone remember Tunnels of Doom?
As luck would have it. I recently acquired two complete Commodore 64 systems that I will be cleaning up and selling on Ebay. One even has the green monitor with it. I am sure I will find some retro gamers that would want this stuff.
