No hot-key for it yet, but you simply highlight the message, right-
click, and choose "lists" and then "add to blacklist." Beyond that,
unlike Mailwasher, it's not crippleware :)

That's true, but mailwasher does just what I want, and I find it a long
hard process to blacklist using poptray's lists. I've uninstalled it now,
but I remember finding it irksome, and trying to configure a hotkey.

Do post when they've caught up with that - I'm sure they will; they
should have tried m/w - they'd have copied that feature ;-)

As far as Frontgate goes, it's no use to me, it's one of those that
require the email prog to be opened first, then it presnts a nice window,
but 9 times out of 10 I never get to starting my email client, m/w has
already told me it's all spam, so I'll be ditching it directly

No quite Aaron, FGMX will download a part of it, decide on it and then
take the proper action based upon it...

Really? It must have changed since I last tried the beta. It did full
statistical analysis of the body so it certainly did download the full
text.
