TitanTV is a listings service. The listings can be used in one way or
another by most Windows-based TV-On-Demand applications.
If you've got a scheduler that is set up to work with it, scheduling
programs with TitanTV is trivial--find the listing, click, and then
click through two dialogs. The scheduler that TitanTV recommends for
use with ATI boards is UltimateGuide

FWIW, I've found every listings service including TV Guide to be in
error on occasion--TitanTV doesn't seem to be any better or any worse
than the others I've tried in that regard.
If you're outside the areas that TitanTV serves, XMLTV

look--UltimateGuide lets you use it with MMC.
