Click the "Go to larger picture" link, then scroll up a bit;
in the ALL CAPS "disclaimer":

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT SELLING THE MONITORS DIRECTLY, WE ARE
SELLING THE INFORMATION AND LINK TO A PLACE WHERE YOU MAY
OBTAIN THE MONITOR FOR £55. ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT YOU
HAVE BID, YOU WILL BE SENT ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO
ORDER THE MONITOR FOR £55

Which roughly translates as, "I'm running a scam, or I know a
(wo)man who is".

I went to look and eBay says it is no longer in their database.
Try it:

I can just imagine what you might get if you won this
auction.......................

their staff, but only those who have worked for the company for over 1 year.

So to obtain your own for just £55 (or the equivalent in Taiwanese currency)

Thank you very much for bidding for this information and I'm sure you'll
agree this was well worth the £75 you bid.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Under no circumstances must you pass this information or link to anyone
otherwise you risk procecution under the Protect Scammers Law 1998 rev -
maximum penalty 3 yrs imprisonment or £25K fine

I wonder how they fixed all those positive comments in the feedback
section? How could they have done that?

Example: http://cgi2.ebay.co.uk/aw-
cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=home-tekcom

or http://snipurl.com/53lw

They don't need to be fixed. If you click on the links to the auctions
you will see that most of his/her auctions were for tangible items, but
note the second comment, "A very good ebayer hopefully best £3 spent" -
note the word "hopefully" - that auction was for information (a scam
involving mobile phones). I'd bet now that the buyer who wrote that has
realized that they have more chance of flying to the moon than making
their £3 back, let alone a fortune, but they can't go back and change
the glowing feedback they left.

The truth is that people who bid on these auctions are obviously
gullible so are equally gullible about the simplicity of the scheme they
have jut received.
