I have a problem ...
I double clicked my sister address ( she is not online ) > Chat window
appeared. Cannot find Video button.
I clicked menu at top right > found Video option, clicked it, and it said
" Get a webcam " ?????

The video button does not show unless she is online. You can't do anything,
or initiate anything, unless she is able to accept the call.

Will do. Soon as my sister responds.

Update on installing webcam :
The procedures are really simple. Here is what I did :
Installed Windows Live Messenger.
Plugged in the webcam
Open Messenger, click " Show menu " icon ( top right ),
Tools > Audio and video set up. Adjust settings > Finish.
Click Add a Contact icon, 1st one from the top > enter my contacts.
Sent invitations to contacts.
Now, each time I open the Messenger window, a list of my contacts will
appear. If they are on-line, a box in GREEN colour appear next to their
names. White boxes = off line.
Double click on the on-line contact, 2 screens appear, one on top of other.
Top one is for the contact, bottom one is for me.
I'll click the webcam icon next to my screen, ring-tone, contact.

It should be noted that if you never used the included CD to install
the manufacturer's "enhanced" drivers, you will be using the Universal
video camera driver. The Universal video camera driver has less
features than what was advertised by the manufacturer. It just gives
you the video "capture" and the "streaming" video foe "chatting."
