web form confirmation page not working

I use these guys: http://www.alentus.com/hosting/default.asp

The small package is 9.95. I think they're great...but there are many other good ones out there. I'm sure others will kick in suggestions as well.

After being hosted on simplenet (bought by Yahoo) for many years (linux), I switched most of my webs to alentus on windows servers...man, lemme tell ya...what a difference good service makes!

I'm not an affliate of them nor do I make anything by recommending them...I just have a big mouth when I'm happy about service I pay for.
 
Thanks! Actually, it is comments from happy customers that mean more to me
than if you represented the company. I'll check them out today. I've also
been told by David Bartosik that webhost4life.com is another good one. If
the current attempt at a fix doesn't do the trick, I'm outta there and on to
one that works.

So far, I've called webhost4life and Alentus. The folks at the first were ok
- but not willing to test my site on their system until I was a paying
customer. The guy I spoke with at Alentus was impressive. He was very
helpful and spent some time with me discussing my concerns, and then even
offered a couple of suggestions to me. The time he took with me as an
interested party tells me volumes as to how he'll treat a customer. He also
said they'd have no problems testing it on their end before I switched
services. Very impressive! I'm researching a bit more, but I'm really
impressed. Thanks for the referral, Rob!

I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with Alentus. Darren Hauch,
Technical Sales Manager, spent 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing my
issue and even offering some fixes for the current host company to try (which
they haven't done, of course). He then offered to test the files on his end
BEFORE I transfer my business to them. I'm really impressed and the effort
he's put forth on my behalf even before I'm a customer is telling as to how
he'll treat me once I am a customer. Which, by the way, I hope to be very
soon. Keep your fingers crossed and if the files don't work on Alentus, say
a little prayer for the poor sap at Pub 2003 that I get a hold of next! =o)
