wanted set-up

That particular Geil OC's just fine - if you want to OC big, then just up the voltage to its optimum 2.1v and it will fly :thumb:

what about HDCP
It has that too :thumb:
does that offer end tomorrow on the LG?
What does the site say?

Edit: I see it just says 'This Week Only' - so I assume that means by end of Sunday?

Looks OK - I don't know alot about Vista, but I believe you may be better off going for Home Premium as a minimum? - hopefully someone here with better knowledge of Vista will chip in.

The stock cooler is OK if you are sticking to stock speeds, if a little noisy at full fan speed - if you are going to OC then I suggest something better.

Other than that, I like the spec alot :thumb:

thanks, yeah premium is the better choice - cheapest choice is to run pirated but that's risky :)

Yep pirated is a no-no subject here ;)

Home Premium looks the best bet :thumb:

Nice spec, i got the same motherboard, ram, cpu and psu so its all good! :D

Go for home premium at a minimum. :)

ok, one last problem. need to get this baby shipped to ireland.

when i go to create an account its looking for a credit card straight up! just want to get the shipping cost.
can probably get the rig ex VAT with a VAT no.

if somebody has an account , can they see what that rig is with shipping to ireland ex VAT.
Will still probably work out cheaper than buying it off any irish store... "rip off Ireland" if you guys havent heard that before

I would ring them just to check, But i dont think it would be a problem. Not sure how much it would cost though. When you create an account you give them your address and cc number so you dont need to put them in when you order. :)

ok finally put together a system that Im happy with.
please check it and let me know if you think there mght be any issues. i bought the lg 22" already - sweet monitor :)

Take V_R's advice ring them and explain how much your spending and you might be able to swing a deal with them for the shipping :D

I am not surprised they said no to any deal tbh.

They are imo averaged priced sometimes cheaper, for instance that memory, you wont find it for that price anywhere else. Not even close.

I buy almost exclusively from them as they have been very good to me service wise. I have had to send two items back to them in the time i have been using them (and i have spent a lot of money with them.) Both times i got an RMA over the phone and refund or replacement in a matter of days. :)
