SP1 is _NEVER_ coming out.

I don't see an article on the frontpage www.microsoft.com that lists
RELEASE DATES for SP1 for VS 2003 and 2005.. and I don't see a PUBLICLY
ADVERTISED RELEASE DATA FOR SQL SERVER 2005 SP2.
