What a wonderful concept...don.t make an OS that can run the 70,000 PC
programs out there...make a silly 5 button mouse and that will bring them in
droves...

You really are quite stupid!

Honu

Greetings and merry Christmas.

I am not a supporter of macs, not a Linux fanatic.
I am interested in learning all computer systems, in an effort to
expand my knowledge and understanding.

You have no reason to insult me. I am just explaining an
aspect of something...
I can assure you that I am far from stupid.

Take care

Dearest Hurts_so_ good_when_you_stick_it_up_my_Dungnut,

You sad, sad, insult to the human race, that is the most disgusting
homophobic intolerant ignorant post I have EVER read?

What exactly is a BLAD alcoholic anyway?

YOU need professional help, YOU are the ignorant BIGOT!

YOU are the one lacking in intelligence.

Little boy, grow up!

| You have it slightly wrong...
|
| You, olddog, are an insult to the human race.
|
| You are probably a blad alcoholic homosexual...given that you seem to be
| stuck in a fantasy world where MACs and Linux are an alternative to PCs.
|
| Once you get professional help, and I hope you do, you may once again be
| intelligent enough to make a post that matters. Until then, you'll be just
| another idiot that makes no sense...
|
| Honu...

And to think I almost bought a Mac. Hell, I did buy a Mac! It's called
Vista. So, with Microsoft, I get the best of both worlds for a single
low price. Has Apple thought enough to copy Windows for its Mac
customers? I think not!

Dale

No, they did better by making available programs like bootcamp where you
can run windows on a mac now.

Idiots like Pogue are either ignorant, or deliberately "forgetting"
history. I don't expect a lot of novices to pay that much attention to the
industry but journalists should.

Here's a video from early 2003 showing some of the (then) "upcoming
features" of Longhorn (skip ahead to about 1 minute). You'll see things
like Photo Management, Searching, movable widgets on the sidebar, etc...

Almost 2 YEARS before OS 10.4 shipped.
