1. I find the lack of a history drop-down on the Back button on folders
and IE ... and can't find anywhere to change it ... to be exasperating;
because I like to jump back in history. Sure, I can hunt through
"History" but the Back button drop down was handier by far.
The following screnshots show the History dropdown in both Vista
Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer 7:

2. The second omission from your glitch listL Under Vista, my favorite
MS-DOS programs either don't run AT ALL, or don't run in a window big
enough to see them! This is LOW. This might seem important only to
someone who
came up from MS-DOS and just can't give it up. XP didn't have this
glitch. But having to keep old computers around is a nuisance too.
When you DOS program is running, click the icon in upper left cornet of
the window, then click properties. Click the Font tab, and make your
adjustments.

If you or anyone has suggestions how to run WordStar 6.0 (or 3.0) or
Borland Turbo Pascal 7 in MS-DOS under Vista, or work-arounds for other
great old DOS programs, I'd love to hear about it.
For these old programs that in effect outdate even Windows 95, I'd
suggest you download and install Microsoft Virtual PC 2007, and then
either create a virtual DOS computer, or perhaps Windows 95/98 if you do
not have access to MSDOS install disks.
