System requirements Microsoft Windows
WOW hardly a rescource hog an if plays on Vista I'm puzzled that you say it shouldn't play on 7.
My limited pc knowledge tells me that spending money on the cards mentioned along with a the psu would be like pi**ing into the wind.

Edit: beaten to it.......Check out this Link....It will check your system for game compatability...

Hi MadX,
Thats a great little site for checking your system before ya shell out for games that might not play for ya.

I checked me laptop for playing COD4.:(
.... failed on the video card but everything else well exceeded the recommended. Not sure if i can change the card in a laptop though.Think i'll stick with me console for gaming.
Zzzzz

Most things fail on graphics, but as Abarbarian pointed out in post #20, don't forget to check the CPU aswell......................

Edit: He did bring up a very major point.....

Now you got me confused do i upgrade or not?????? :wall: £££ alot to waste if all i'm doing is 'p***ing in the wind'

At the end of the day which ever card he chooses he will need to upgrade his PSU as the PSU he has at the moment is not powerful enough. I went on the information that the requirement tests came back saying that the GFX card needed improving. Did any of the game tests say that you might need to upgrade the CPU?

The card AB has linked to is not a bad card however I have had problems in the past with ATI cards and them failing on me so thats why I recommend Nvidia cards. Do you think you will want to run up coming games on this system? If so have you considered maybe building a better computer for gaming and using your current one for other things?
