My contacts have business faxes associated with them.
When I click on the address book when creating a new e-
mail and i bring up my contacts it lists the name of the
contact and his e-mail, then under it lists his name
again with his business fax, is there anyway to sort that
out of the list, or perhaps sort by business fax numbers.
It looks like this:
Joe Public Joe Public (jpublic@anywhere.com)
Joe Public Joe Public (Business Fax)
Jane Public Jane Public (janepublic@anywhere.com)
I want it to look like this:
Joe Public Joe Public (jpublic@anywhere.com)
Jane Public Jane Public (janepublic@anywhere.com)
Joe Public Joe Public (Business Fax)
Any help would be appreciated,
