The "mail folder" on the other machine would have to be in a .pst file and
you would need to have the .pst added to <your> Outlook profile. Also, no
one else can use that same .pst file. Finally, having a .pst file that's on
a network share is not a supported configuration per the following article.

So, you are probably better off moving the .pst file to your local drive.
Now, if someone else is using the .pst in their profile, you could instead
forward the message to their email address. This would accomplish a similar
end-result.

it be possible to just forward the mail messages to the target folder
directly using its network address, rather than sending it to another
