Upload file from USB cable to Mobile Device (PC to Mobile)

Hi Chritian and Chris,

Thanks for the replies, I just get to know that the RAPI only work from PC
and not on the device itself. Thus, I have code a workaround for it, which is
quite troublesome and not efficient enough, but well, at least it serves the
purpose >.<"
