Unbelievable Vista reactivation sensitivity

You should go to the window, open it wide, stick your head out and
shout...I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.

I feel your pain; the last time I had to activate, via a telphone call to
India no less, I was cut off after jumping through all the hoops, and had to
start over. I'd say it took about a half hour overall, just for that one
phone call for activation.

I did update my motherboards bios yesterday and also the chipset drivers and
HD drivers and then this morning I got the message that I needed to
reactivate windows.

I don't suppose you waited on a day or two to see if the request to reactivate
went away? If it comes up again it would be interesting to see if that happens.

I have a similar problem due to changing hard drive & motherboard, do you
have the tel no for re-activating vista, regards Pedro.

A bit of an exaggeration, don't you think! How often do change drivers?
Daily?

Bye john. BTW, isn't john that a colloquial term for a crapper? (-:
