My Dog Khola! No doubt about it at all! She's half border collie & 1/4 whippet & when she runs uphill she almost 'bounds' like a goat. I've seen her bolt up our back paddock & her feet only touch the ground 3 times! I have never seen ANYTHING move that fast! & I used to own 2 Saluki's.

It was a bit of a 'trick' question ... running up-hill a Bull can use its body mass more effectively.

So, if you get cought out, run down hill ... if there is no hill, run like the wind.
