Woops this thing triple posted on me ooch maybe they need to fix this message

I have the same problem on the m35x-s161 I am told there is a new bios but I
can't seem to find one
 
I have a M35X-S114, and again, the same problem. I have updated the BIOS from
the Toshiba website to 1.9, and searched for a way to correct in the BIOS
set-up, but I found nothing to correct the problem. I have also looked at the
Phoenix web site, and not really comfortable updating from there.
 
Well I went to Esupport and bought the update so when I get it I will let you
know if it works here's to hope
