Better than those flippin sandwich toasters that were the worst things in the world to clean! :)
But they make great cheesy bean toasties ;)

What do the bags to Chris?

What? How is a £9.99 sandwich toaster better than a pack of 2 "JML Toastabags" for £2.49 - you can re-use them by the way, you can even wash them on a plate prong in the dishwasher... now that you cant do with an electrical appliance!!!! And those electric ones are a bugger to clean, really, it wasn't really worth the effort!

Oh i have made many a cheese bean toasty (usually with the addition of tomato, ham and mayo) and you just make it like you would a regular sandwich, pop it in the bag, put that in a toaster as you would to make toast, wait the couple mins or however long your toaster takes, and when its popped up you slide it out the bag and eat. mmmm :P

Ha ... not only is the bread already sliced, I have to cut it in half as well ... I'll wait 11months 3weeks 5days ... then ask for a replacment.

:D

I like toasted sandwiches, Marmite and rancid badger is a particular favourite of mine :)

I haven't got a toasted sandwich maker though cos as others have said, they do get seriously gunked up and take a lot of cleaning.

I'm gonna try a pair of those bags - watch this space for in depth analysis and review :)

Mmmm, tasty! Is that a local delicacy in your bit of London then Flopps? How long to do have to leave the average badger to go sufficiently rancid? Just looking for tips for when I am next in the Big Smoke in case my hotel doesn't have the recipe :D

Might have to go easy on the Marmite so as not to upset the mouthwatering badger taste :p

You can pick up one or two pre-rancidised badgers on the road between kingsley and alton on any given morning. Saves having to wait.

Excellent, all I need now is the cooking instructions from Flopps! :thumb:

lol :D

S'easy, you just join the countryside alliance, bait a badger or two, club 'em over the head, declare it 'sport' and 'protecting our livelihood' then hang it like a pheasant in the boiler room of your local primary school.

After a fortnight, warm over, skin, carve, make toastie :)

Yum yum.

Rancid stoat also presents an interesting taste treat :)

Stop it, Stop it, you're bombarding my taste buds with all these new challenges, Christmas turkey will never be the same again ...... :D

i bought a pair of these a while back and they didnt seemt o work. If you put melted chees in you would end up burning the out side to melt whats in the inside. I dont know if this was my toaster but i definately prefer toasting sandwhiches which require melting ,in the oven

I gonna have to try some of those, they look well handy. :)

Are they reusable chris?
