i have tiscali and have done for about 3 years, whats wrong with them ?

Recently they gave me a 'free upgrade' to a 1Mb line. All was fine, til my download speeds were akin to the ones youd expect with a 256 connection. After it being promised to be sorted in 3 days, 4 weeks later, and with no sign or help, or contact from Tiscali I simply changed my package back to my orginal 512 to get everything back on track.
 
i've used their helpline once well i got through and they sorted the problem it wasn't a big problem they just hadn't activated the account :rolleyes:
