Yep I have Xn too.
Faststone is another good free one.
But lately I've been using ACDSee Pro a lot for organization and very good
color corrections - I take and deal with thousands of images a month so it's
great for me (cost a few bucks though). Since it also does easy batch
processing it's kinda replaced IrFanview (well, not really).
