With the TM open
choose the Processes Tab
right click on the taskmgr.exe icon
choose Open File Location
WE will open and taskmgr will be the bottom icon.
Right click on the taskmgr icon
choose Add To Quick Launch.

The Add To Quick Launch on the context menu was my doing as the result of a
request I made in a private (MVP) chat with the shell team. Your input
counts.
 
Then you get an "attaboy!" Good suggestion.

does anyone know how to enable task manager. i have somehow disabled it. i
get a message that it has been disabled by adminitrator whenever i try to use
it. can anyone help me?
