My testing phase with Vista is over. I'm using it full time now. I only have
one install of XP left on an old laptop that can't run Vista. I keep it
around for guests to use so they don't mess up any of my regular computers.
Contrary to all the naysayers here I think Vista is ready for the prime
time. My last hurdle was getting my Treo 650 to sync with Outlook 2007. I
finally got some time yesterday to figure that out so I switched to Vista
full time. I retired my main XP pc. It's been replaced by a notebook running
Vista Ultimate x64 RTM. My Vista test pc has been formatted and Vista x86
RTM installed with a dual boot to Server 2003 for testing server apps. So
far I'm not regretting the decision to dump XP. Time will tell I guess.
