System Restore not keeping restore points

I set the slider to 2311 because it wouldn't allow 2046, only 1783(4%)
or 2311(5%). Hopefully this is ok?

1GB is 1000MB.... or more exactly, 2048MB.
Basically, set it between 1000 and 2000 MB "or thereabouts". Either
1783 or 2311 is fine.... doesn't matter.

If it made a restore point on the 9th, then it looks like your daily
automatic points are being created. So, is there still an issue you are
having?

There are a lot of extra line feeds (quoted blank lines) in this post for
some reason. Anybody know why?

Because some people read and post through google groups,
which seems to insert blank lines, and also often results
in people to forget to keep their line length resonable,
and insert line breaks.

I was told there would be no math!! lol.... yes, 2048... hope I get
through this post without a tpyo!

I assume that you spelled it "tpyo" on purpose and it wasn't a "typo."

No that's about it other than the Live Messenger issue which we have already discussed. As I said it doesn't really matter since Live Messenger is being phased out in favor of Skype. So I will just logon via URL or MSN.

I want to thank all of you who have posted and tried to help me in this matter. I may have not responded to everyone but I have read all the posts and I appreciate all your efforts in trying to help me.

Many Thanks,
Robert

<vbg> I think you mean 1024MB.

I am having a bad couple of days with numbers, aren't I?! I am
responding to multiple posts about the original error, copying and
pasting my numbers from one to the other.... obviously without looking
very closely! Not getting sleep for a couple of days has a negative
effect at my age!

Yep! But no big deal, of course. I'm just pulling your leg, jokingly.
I'm far from immune to typos, and I'm much better at proofreading
something someone else wrote than what I wrote myself.

Tell me about it! Even if I get some sleep, if I don't get enough I
have the same program. And I'm sure my age (75) is greater than your
age.
