Still no SP1

So you did finally go the the manufacturer for support, as we've been
telling you all along. I'm sorry if our pointing out your errors
seemed condescending. How do you prefer to learn?

Hi Gary,

I had someone help me with finding a driver and then I downloaded the whole
service pack and manually installed it since Windows Update would not offer
it to me. So far, so good!
If you need help I would recommend the Dell forums. Very Friendly over
there.

I went to a peer to peer help forum.
There was no help from Dell just as I have already said before.

Here, let me copy and paste it since you probably won't be able to find it
