Spyware Listing? Smiley Central?

Some time back, I seem to remember something about the Smiley Central
program being either Spyware or Adware. Is this correct? I tried to locate
a good Spyware list, but I didn't find it. I don't, however, believe that I
looked at the ACF-Blessed Spyware listing. Can you tell me where to find
it?

As far as "Smiley Central" , you might want to check out..
http://www.pchell.com/support/smileycentral.shtml ... for info and
remove info.....
If you want smileys you can get them from a bunch of good sites and
just insert them in your email like images ...I suggest..

a bunch of good free smileys (in HTML format)
