I highly recommend ESET NOD for anti-virus, less cumbersome and less
resource stealing than Norton.
Norton is impossible to fully uninstall too. it leaves a LOT of stuff in the
registries and start up.

Looking good now, I can see the pics.
Interesting subject too.
Look forward to re-visiting and reading it.

I agree. I like the colors and layout, too.

I found one thing weird about the site:
for me on a 1024x768 display the type is very small, I attempted to use
VIEW>type>larger and it won't work on any of the sites pages?

Using IE? You need to enable the accessability option under TOOLS |
Internet Options... > General. Using any other modern browser, you should
have no trouble.

cool :-) .. .glad it caught your eye - it sure caught mine ... and I know a
lot about the subject in the first place - drop the guy a note and let him
know if you get time :-)

I switched to CA since they gave me a free year with XP Pro on this new
machine. On the old one I am now using the free AVG...and life is much
easier. Infact the old machine is running MUCH better without NAV and
without WinFAX on it.

I won't even go into how hard it was getting rid of Norton either...talk
about hooks.

hmm
It was my browser setting (IE)
not sure how the feature got turned off, unless an update changed it to an
option?

There is a good chance that it will be filtered. It should do no harm
to change it, unless you are restricted by terms and conditions of the
sites the banners link to.

no I made the banners because the client likes certain fonts
I just named them for my own reference (I like easy descriptive file names)
I keep telling people I am a graphics person, web design encompasses so much
other practical knowledge of how the WWW works.
Thanks for sharing that info.
Looks like I am going to learn web design whether I want to or not.
