SerialPort control using RTS/CTS seems to loose bytes

Dick,

This particular serial port is external. The device is a Symbol MC70
sitting in a charging cradle that has a USB and an RS232 connection.
We will be using the USB for ActiveSync for the technical folks and the
RS232 connection for the automated application stuff for the non
technical folks.

The cabling for the RS232 ActiveSync connection is already a cross over
so no null modem is needed. I have confirmed that lowering and raising
the RTS line from the PC side does in fact toggle the CTS on the device
side so there is not an internal loop back on the port of the device.

And thanks to your reminder to check for a buffer overflow I now have
an ack/nak of 1024 bytes working very reliably.
