Rick

instead of the default calendar, we use calendars based on the initials of
the assigned person. so there is a calendar we maintain in our office called
"wrs" which is my calendar
When someone sends a calendar date to me it is added to the default
"calendar" but is not added to "wrs calendar" So when I receive a calendar
date, I have to click the calendar icon, which adds it to the default
"calendar" then manually move it from "calendar" to "wrs calendar"
Is there a way when someone sends me a calendar date it can be added to "wrs
calendar" without going through the other steps? It seems like there should
be a way to send to a calendar other than the default one.
Thanks.

Where are the other calendars stored? If in public folders, if the folder is
mail enabled the other users could invite it. Otherwise, there are utilities
that can sync the two folders. See

Instead ot clicking Save and Close, click File>Move to Folder and specify the
wrs calendar.
